I want to help give people the tools to connect with the land, to appreciate what is there, ... Doing things like exploring in the Loess Hills, people can learn how incredibly beautiful they are.

I see these lands as belonging to the people of Nipomo and California, not the Land Conservancy.

They were there for Renee 24/7. I could not believe everyone who came by to help. People like Amy Kessler and many others. I was talking Earl Thom about it, and do you know what he said? He said of course they wanted to be there, they loved Renee and they are Hazel Parkers.

I'm very thankful. The generosity is overwhelming. It's good to see there are people willing to help.

But no one has found one buried on land; this was quite a surprise to everybody.

Extreme Makeover... they help people that are uncomfortable in their own skin. They really change lives.
