I visualize Steamboat being a powerhouse. Without certain facilities added, the program is going to grow, but at a slower pace.

I've seen an exponential growth since the two years I've been coaching.

The community has to rally for a facility.

The kids have abilities they didn't have before.

There's a good program out there that just needs to be nurtured and expanded. Let's grow it. It helps people in a very direct way.

I think that I would rather grow racquet-wise than grow taller. I think I would be a lot slower if I got taller. So I wouldn't want to give up that.
