I understand the skepticism that people may have because of other major capital projects. But this project is so different because of the private financial commitment.

You are always nervous getting to the last six weeks. There's a lot going on there, but everybody feels good.

This allows us to continue work on phase II and continue the stadium in a manner we all hoped we would be able to.

We had an obligation to tell the A-League in case this happens. This is something that has come up relatively quickly. If everything can be worked out on both sides before Nov. 30, the MLS will be in Rochester in 2004.

We have a very short opportunity to do this, but MLS and the Rhinos have agreed to try to work out an arrangement before Nov. 30 to bring a team here.

The move to PAETEC Park means we'll finally have our own revenue streams from concessions, parking and naming rights. We appreciate that. Most teams raise ticket prices when they move into a new stadium, but most of our seats will be cheaper.
