I tried my best to get it here. I thought this was the year it really would have made sense for us.

Matt has pitched well. I thought when I recruited him he was pretty good, but I've been pleasantly surprised. He got the (offensive) help right away and that may have made it a little bit easier for him to relax. He's going to be a really good one for us.

I don't see it penciling out for (Mahoning Valley). I wouldn't do it. I don't have that big an ego that I need to have the national tournament here and work that much harder, go to all that effort and at the end of the weekend write a check for it. That doesn't make any sense to me.

They felt like they were the hosts, and it was their tournament to say they don't want to host it. They were still interested in hosting, even though it's probably going to be a stretch financially for them because they obviously don't have the attendance to cover the expense.

We didn't know what it was at first, ... We thought it was asthma because after I ran for extensive periods of time I would pass out, but before that I would go into shock because I didn't know what was happening and I would start breathing heavily and hyperventilating.

I thought I'd do something nice for the band... I'll hang myself.
