I thought, what could I have won, maybe five or 10 dollars? I took one look at that ticket and I screamed. Then I called my father and told him I won the lottery.

The money will provide us with the extra things we always wished we could do. You know, the things you don't want to wait until you're 80 to do.

[We want to] do some traveling, invest, save some for the kids college fund.

It's a thrill because the movie was made for love. We did it because we thought it could be very special ... It's absolutely a thrill to be a part of something that has meant so much to so many people. We're all just thrilled that people like it.

I never thought that anyone could be loved as much as this kid was. The letters. Everyone knew him. He touched everyone's heart, and everyone loved him.
