I thought the return of Lindsey Manning from her broken arm helped us, and she gave us some significant minutes.

We've got to play all four quarters of every game like we played the fourth quarter against Maryville. We've got to win two games in the district tournament to get into the region. These girls know the challenge and they've got to step up and do it.

One thing the girls always do is try hard and I'm proud of them for that.

We get everybody's best shot when we play them. The team that beat us the other day (Faulkner) thought they had won the World Series. Everybody else has had to step up their game. Winning 78 straight (conference) games will make people take notice. They have had to raise their level of play to catch up to us.

We came out in the second half and I thought really played well for about three or four minutes and got ourselves back into the ballgame.
