I thought that we looked pretty good. We were really flying in the first quarter. We wanted to take the early lead and put pressure on Floyd. Our success on the boards is that we're very athletic. We may not be the biggest team out there but we are very athletic.

'The Flying Tomato' - that pretty much sums it up. He's pretty much a goofball. It's all about having a good time. He's not too worried about who's who and what's what, or what sponsors are cool. He just lets his riding speak for himself. That's the way it should be.

It was pretty weird not to place anyone in the top six. The scores that were flying around were just incredible. There were 9.8 and 9.7 marks all over the place. I had to shake my head. These (opposing) girls are good but those are college and Olympic-type scores.

September is our slowest month of the year and both are flying with pretty good loads.

We were really struggling to score the whole game. We didn't get a lot of open looks. Northport's tough. They took a lot away from us.

It was a game of runs. What they did a really good job of was denying the other players, other than Sam. They're like a glacier ? they wear you down.
