We've given in on that. We're simply going to have to put a lot of control gates on this access road.

Pulte Home Corp. is not going to turn loose the corporate coffers to build a public road unless they have a piece of a subdivision.

There is no logic for the staff's position. Somebody needs to show me where those roads will connect.

Fortunately, it's an improvement on what's there.
