I thought it was really cool when three guys from Duke University just spontaneously went down there to help out. I wanted to but I didn't have the resources to do so.

I told him that I thought this was a magnificent recruiting effort for my program as well as the university. He gave us his grace.

The university is at a critical stage in its development and we want to help it along. We hope to encourage others to give.

Life is challenging enough already and, with what has happened, we want to do everything we can to help them with this transition without making it any more difficult. They need their lives to get back to normal as soon as possible.
