I think what the family is doing is terrible. I don't think it's their right to do these things like this. I know they must be upset.

They (workers) have every right to pursue organizing in the workplace. But instead of organizing, there's been more of a focus on disrupting the workplace, and therefore the employer becomes less competitive.

These are resources we've pulled from our family.

All that mattered to me was to right the wrong and save my family.
