I think this will be a very challenging year for us ahead.

Three years ago, almost 80 percent of child care facilities (in Pitt and Martin counties) were one star. Now, it's less than 50 percent.

There is no bilingual child care, and these children are arriving to kindergarten without the same early childhood experiences to help them succeed.

They have to take all of us. We will not move. I sincerely hope he feels protected. I don't want him to feel scared.

This is just going to require another ongoing battle for us, to make sure we can protect the women of South Dakota.
