I think this is a win-win situation. Just for the educational component alone ? that would have been very disruptive to students.

I personally think behavior and dress align themselves.

I think we have to look at everything differently now after the hurricanes. As fast as we're building new schools, we're also having to rebuild schools. We can't pretend things are the same way they were two or three years ago.

I think it really makes students act differently and it makes them feel like they're part of a school.
