I think they are going to sell off a number of the assets. The real plumb here is the Conrad brand, which has much more cache in Asia. I think that is what they want to build out.

But, really, I don't plumb-bob a lot because I don't think it reads enough break into the putt.

Assets like Standard Life don't come about every day. They have sizeable market share in the UK and a number of players would be interested in the company.

I think it is a fine line. Again, you have to look at the assets we have that are in a lot of ways much closer to Virginia Beach and Norfolk than some of the western parts of Hampton Roads in consideration. It might provide the advantage of getting Toyota here in the expanded Hampton Roads region. It's one more good alternative.
