I think there is a big question about the legitimacy issue on campus.

I just can't imagine that it's only a coincidence. I think they feel that it's kind of getting out of their control, and they're trying to tighten it back up.

But they can notify the user so he can question the legitimacy of the subpoena.

Someone on this campus is dealing with this issue. We can be assured of that.

If there is no question as to the legitimacy and legality of their operation, then everything ought to be on the table for the media and anyone else to look at.
