I think the state has learned its lesson that you can't put all your eggs in one basket.

I would expect you won't see very many new natural gas-fired plants in Florida in the foreseeable future. The state focus on natural gas may have made sense when it was a lot cheaper.... But the problem is when you put all your eggs in one basket.

It's a good way for the utility to spread the cost out over time and at a time too, when interest rates are relatively low. Doing it makes a lot of sense.

It's surprising, but a lot of times we've had really talented running backs so once you get down to the goal line, we were able to run it in most of the time.
