I think the next move by the Fed will be to take a neutral stance. I think the economy is probably slowing enough to satisfy them. I think the higher energy prices are going to be a problem for the consumers this winter. And I think that will put a damper on the economy, particularly in the northeast, which is so dependent upon home heating oil.

The problem with technology is we can't see a bottom. The dilemma right now is there is no leadership.

We are also seeking donations of skeins of yarn for this project. We have members who will do the crocheting if materials are made available. I really believe we can exceed our goal and make a positive difference in the Orangeburg community.

The money will provide us with the extra things we always wished we could do. You know, the things you don't want to wait until you're 80 to do.

Just knowing he will not be here Christmas morning when they unwrap the gifts and that type of thing and just Kristin's first Christmas that he will miss out on you know it is real sad. We talk a lot about our reunion and what that will look like and the kids talk about going to the airport and getting daddy. He misses his family. He wants to be here too, but he realizes what he is doing is important, so I just, I am very proud of him and love what he is doing.

We believe that if we don't interfere with Dare County's federal project then they will help us with 25 percent of the cost. By the time construction starts in 2008, the County should have around $10 million in the bank with no other projects slated to qualify for funding.
