I think the governor expressed his concern that the local officials representing so many citizens were so stridently opposed to the proposal.

The governor really doesn't control that. If they choose to operate under a different financial situation, that's up to them. They know best what they need.

All I can tell you is that we're continuing to gather information. I think Allen's attendance at the meeting reflects the governor's desire to get all the input that he can possibly get.

The reality is, it's customary for athletic teams that are in these kinds of big games to provide the Governor's Office with access to tickets.
