I think the council has good intentions but they need to really think this through.

I think the moratorium leaves a lot that is not being addressed. It is creating more problems than it is solving.

Builders live on cash flow. If you were to stop their cash flow coming in for a period of 90 days, they stand to lose houses, cars and businesses.

We believe our county cannot afford this moratorium.

We were able to identify another piece of property and stop the eminent domain proceedings. Much of that is a result of citizens coming to us to consider other sites.
