I think the art ordinance definitely needs to be amended. We don't need to put art in utilitarian facilities like storm water treatment facilities or jails. It's ludicrous.

If the business district feels [the streetcar is] that important, let the business district step up. If the development community feels it has caused that much development, let the development community step up.

If you went to weekends, you wouldn't have to worry about repaying grants, and you could save some operating dollars.

It needs a tourniquet, and there's no plan to stop the bleeding. If it goes broke, it's going to fall in the lap of HARTline and put a real hurt on bus service.

This is set up perfectly for retail - some day. With that said, we would be doing a service, not a disservice.

With that said, we have some serious infrastructure needs.
