I think the area... has been underserved for a number of years. The citizens have the right to demand better protection.

I think we are on a good course right now and I don't think we need to do a lot of changing, maybe a little tweaking, but I think we are on the course we need to be on with our goals. I am really satisfied with where we are right now.
