I think the appeal is the general description of South, where life is slower and there is more interaction between people.

Bob is a true role model. He lives his life in such a way that we should all teach our children to be like him. He has worked hard all of his life and believes strongly in giving back to his community.

Life gives us brief moments with another...but sometimes in those brief moment we get memories that last a life time...
