I think the age thing is overrated. I think it is all about guys having certain experiences and if a guy is ready for this challenge and task. With both of our coordinators there wasn't a hesitation in my mind.

You can come across as a jerk. ... But that's the No. 1 characteristic we're looking for from guys on our field. Whether it's checkers or jump rope or football, to stop me you've got to bring everything you've got.

We've played a month of playoff games. I think for the age of our team, guys have done a pretty good job. We've battled pretty hard and are going to continue to battle. It's unfortunate we couldn't have a little slip-up.
