I think part of it that was great is that there were two good atmospheres. Granted, a lot of fans were cheering against us, but you still feed off of it.

We understood the challenges of trying to come up with ways to get our message across to fans. We were aggressive in trying to come up with those ideas.

I think KISS fans are so loyal. They want the band to be there and that's the most important thing. If I was cool enough for Gene, Paul and Ace to pick me, then I was cool enough for the fans.

It's been a good impression. The fans chanted my name.

We really wanted that shutout at the end. I know our fans did, too. I'm sorry we couldn't get it for them.

After the turnover at the end of (the Grand Junction) game, I didn't want to let these fans down again.
