I think most people would like to get this behind us, so the company can talk about other things, like their business.

We view (the Microsoft ) contract as a portable computing deal, not a mobile email deal - no impact on RIM.

For RIM ... no matter how good the solution, it will be disruptive to some degree to the company's operations. A reasonable payment is in both parties' best interests and the best way to resolve this matter.

However, as we've said before, union demonstrations that seek to harm a company seem an odd way to tell that company's people that you have their best interests at heart.

It's a very good launch for us.
