I think most people that have been involved in athletics would point somewhere down the line to some coaches that affected them positively. I was very fortunate, I had many coaches that affected me positively.

The boot is a tribute to the ranch my dad loves so much. It's a tribute to the cattle and livestock and a really nice way of life.

I would tend to believe you have a combination of factors. I think in general it seems the smaller restaurants . . . have an advantage over larger restaurants because they turn the tables over several times a night.
