I think kids recognize we have a network of people in the community who are looking out for them, and that creates a sense of heightened safety for our youngsters.

These people ultimately want to go back to their own community. They don't want to live in Florida or Texas.

There are many people in our community without huge incomes, and this type of store is very important, socially and economically to them. People will vote with their feet.

Some people would suggest you charge them 20 percent or even 30 percent, but you can still give your kids a break and teach them a lesson. Mostly you just want to use the rent as an incentive to encourage them to think about moving out as soon as possible. Otherwise they might get too comfortable and that isn't going to teach them responsibility.

All of this is not for a small community; they're gearing up for something. It's going to be a great little town.

I just think it will be a great thing for people to come out. It's a good community event and a good way for people to get together.
