I think it's kind of fun for the people that are taking in the kids. It gives those families someone to root for during the tournament.

We told the kids to go out and have fun. Unfortunately, OHS had a little more fun than we did.

It's more exposure for our kids. It's fun for them. I like doing stuff like that with the kids.

It should be a tremendous experience for our kids on the Ottumwa team. Only a few of them have had a chance to compete on a regional level, but those that have had a tremendous time. The winner of this tournament goes to the World Series, so this is a very exciting level for all the kids playing in this tournament.

Sometimes people don't realize how much money it costs to run a Babe Ruth league. Insurance is $5,000 a year alone.

We have a lot of fun doing it. We have people here that don't even have kids here anymore.
