I think it's a fabulous golf course. It's a great golf course to play match play on, and it's so easy for the fans to walk around and see other holes. It's a great venue for this event.

As soon as I accepted my captaincy I knew I wanted Marie-Laure to be my vice captain. I am so pleased that she agreed. Marie-Laure is a great friend, she has a huge amount of experience and she will bring a lot to the team.

I remember I had to play with Nancy Lopez in my first game (foursome) and I didn't know if I was going to ask her for autograph. You know, we were so nervous to play with these players that we had never met and obviously they had been idols.

It's a wonderful honor to be captain in an event that has given me some of the most incredible memories that I've experienced in golf,

I used to store my anger and it affected my play. Now I get it out. I'm never rude to my playing partner. I'm very focused on the ball. Then it's over.

I think we had more energy than them throughout the night, ... I think they're in a bit of a funk now. But I think once they get going, they're going to be one of the top teams.
