I think it was a matter of pushing the ball and getting to our spots.

Illinois is bigger, but Washington is more sound. That should be a good ball game. Illinois has great height and does a good job inside, as well as hitting their 3-pointers shot after shot. They've got a lot of weapons.

It was a good call by the refs. At first they called a timeout for us, but I didn't really have possession. So it was good that they reversed it.

They have a lot of length, so I know when I get in there I need to pull up strong. I think I can get in the lane against any team, so I just try and do that and look for teammates who can finish it.

We just didn't play defense consistently. We started shooting well when we got some stops. They were making their shots, and we weren't stopping them. We had some problems getting back on defense.

I think we've had a good ride so far and we want to keep it going. I think our team showed a lot of heart by (playing hard).
