You want to find micro-cap companies early in their growth cycles.

The challenge is finding the right opportunity within this huge universe of stocks. Investment mistakes are so costly in the micro-cap area it makes it even more of a challenge to be right.

I think it got us a little tentative, especially Eric. He knew if he picked up his third there that he'd probably be sitting the rest of the (first) half. We got beat by a pretty good team tonight.
