I think it just ruins the entire neighborhood.

A neighborhood is where, when you go out of it, you get beat up

We must remind people that this is about the safety of our students. Little children are crossing a busy street, and we ask that the public be aware of this and respect the signs and crossing guards.

It's like a changing of the guard.

There's lots of very good people in this police force.
