I think it is a very good offer price for Waste Management shareholders.

Everything was actually very close in line where we thought it would be.

It's going to be pretty small in the scheme of things but, in the last result, all we got was the start-up costs.

They have done very well, extremely well.

Unfortunately, my son is not on the management team.

There is now more of a balanced choice available between the management teams. But I still see shareholders sitting tight for the moment to watch how the battle plays out.
