I think if we override, it's incumbent on us to say where we're going to go. We can't keep throwing it back to him; that's irresponsible.

The current reorganization created more inefficiencies than the efficiencies that it was supposed to have created. And I think if we go back to the old way, we'll have better government, we'll be more productive.

I think it's the best decision he could have made. I'm very supportive.

You should bring in new people because you get new ideas, new enthusiasm.
