I think if we can avoid the use of eminent domain, we will do so. We're not crazy about going out and using the power of eminent domain, but, quite frankly, it's there to allow public bodies to acquire lands for public use.

The other night I stayed up late, and I saw an ad for a record of greatest hits of '60s and '70s and they showed the Jackson 5 doing their songs, and they were all wearing jumpsuits just like Elvis.

In the early '70s he started hitting on that. It may have been because the country was moving into the Bicentennial. It was a pretty strong song and he performed it at almost every show, at the end.
