I think if everybody got everything mandated that they needed to have mandated in schools, we wouldn't have time to teach.

I think last time we had it we had maybe 15 schools at the most. It was not at all the full-blown event that hopefully will take place (today).

The really positive thing is we are really giving the Whatcom County schools a good match, making it close. In the past it hasn't been that close. That's the measure of how your program is doing.

It really did major things for the property-poor school districts in this commonwealth.

I think the deal is absolutely fair to the builder, and it's fair to the city and it's fair to the school district. Obviously, we'd like to have the full measure of taxes generated from all the buildings in the city of Covington, but to grow, you have to offer incentives.
