I think the FBI has shown, going back to January of 1997, its ability to use its power and prestige to curb statements and truths other agencies were willing to give out,

I wish I had kept my damn mouth shut.

Even documented pledges by FBI bureaucrats to write threat assessments were never kept, and no one was held accountable,

I won this award for keeping my mouth shut, so I think I'll do it again now.
