I tell my kids, no matter who's recruiting you, you make sure to visit one of the local schools. I'm always a believer that kids get this gleam in their eye about going far away. They need to have a place they can go back to.

Each coach on our staff will visit between 90-100 schools during the next four weeks as well as various combines located in our recruiting areas.

The schools are in danger of becoming tours where people visit old-fashioned times. We have to find ways to unite the outside and the inside of school.

The Academies welcome kids and people of all ages to come and visit Einstein. Kids in particular enjoy climbing all over him and it's a great opportunity for group photos.

More than 1,000 adults and countless children visit the show annually. We always joke that a lot of kids come to this show and some of them even bring children.

As kids become more tech savvy, something has to be done. We can't just tell children not to visit these sites and assume that will be enough. And we've heard that parental control programs are too complex for people, so best of all would be straightforward, easy applications, and some legislation as well.
