I should think the taxpayers would be upset if they thought we weren't preparing to help out the citizens in case of a catastrophic event.

In this case, I'm pretty confident we got it right. But I'm telling you we're going to be faced with a bunch of these ... where I honestly do not know if we got it right or not.
