A mother understands what a child does not say.

Black mothers are deciding to stay home because they want to be there when their children come home after school. They want to take a hands-on approach to their children's upbringing. Some black stay-at-home mothers are also home-schooling because they are tired of low academic achievement and racism of all sorts in the schools.

But the mother was marvellous above all, and worthy of honourable memory: for when she saw her seven sons slain within the space of one day, she bore it with a good courage, because of the hope that she had in the Lord.

A mother is neither cocky, nor proud, because she knows the school principal may call at any minute to report that her child had just driven a motorcycle through the gymnasium

Nobody can misunderstand a boy like his own mother. Mothers at present can bring children into the world, but this performance is apt to mark the end of their capacities. They can't even attend to the elementary animal requirements of their offspring. It is quite surprising how many children survive in spite of their mothers.
