I probably had more butterflies today than any playoff game. There was a tremendous amount of pride to walk into our clubhouse and see 30 guys with some pretty darn big egos and put them aside for this.

It was awesome. The Mexican fans created a lot of electricity. I probably had more butterflies out there than any playoff game and I wasn't even starting.

Probably not, but it's a tremendous compliment to him and his abilities that he's even considered.

If I were to look at it objectively, I'd probably favor other teams as well. But there's something about this clubhouse and this uniform. We walk out on the field and expect to win. I know other teams walk out on the field and they're hoping to win. And there's a big difference. We expect to win. It's not going to be any different this year. If we don't win this division, everyone in this clubhouse will be shocked.

If he comes in a game like that, you know it has to be important to him. He was going to try not to make any mistakes, and he didn't. He pitched great.

I didn't know that; I'm glad you didn't tell me before the game. I'm glad we could avoid that from being a hot topic in the morning.
