I practice yoga at Baptiste Power Yoga, which has studios around town. It's great for flexibility, it's therapeutic, and great for your attitude. And it gets you some silence during your day.

What does three-peat mean? ... I'm hoping to put together three good days of practice. I don't think we've done that yet this year.

I was so nervous to go out to practice because I was competing every day. I swear to God, I would lose sleep, ... I'd wake up and check the weather to see how windy it was going to be because I knew I was going out there and throwing. You'd learn valuable lessons about competition, and I approached every day in practice like it really was the game.

Some offer their wealth, their austerity, and their practice of yoga as sacrifice, while the ascetics with strict vows offer their study of scriptures and knowledge as sacrifice.

After the first day of practice, there's not one guy who's playing at 100 percent or who feels great. Sometimes, getting up in the morning and brushing your teeth is the hardest part of the day - it just hurts.

It allows a lot more flexibility on our operations, ... It will also help decrease the amount of overtime spent.
