I never worked less than 16-hour days on South Beach.

I'm the oldest 26-year-old I know. A lot of experience has been crammed into a short amount of time. Some days I feel a good 65, 70. Like I want to lie down.

I went on the South Beach Diet for it. I trained for six days a week, two-and-a-half hours a day. I was determined to look good in those shorts.

I didn't do a good job against Denver. So the last two days I worked on my stroke. Coach (Byron Scott) told me to continue to take my shots. I had a lot of open 3-pointers and some open drives to the basket.

I think seeing some of the past can be helpful, especially if you're into crime solving.
