I never thought we would be standing here with a district title. It's kind of amazing, especially how things started.

At first, we had to go over a lot of basics. These girls were like giant sponges. They soaked up every lesson they learned.

This start is something I hope we can keep up.

The nice thing is, they're all young. We don't have any seniors.

It's certainly came as a surprise to me, all this offense.

Overall, we played well. I was pleased with how we played today. I thought it was a well-rounded effort. Everyone played well.
