I think the season is done. I don't see how this can be resolved next September. Their strategy is to break the will of the union and impose a salary cap and I don't think that's going to work. I'm convinced there won't even be a training camp next year. They are going to try to delay this as much as possible. We are telling players who want to play in Europe to get ready and find work over there.

It's not the players who put hockey in trouble. The owners say that themselves. They're the ones who made bad decisions and who lacked discipline.

The Commission will not propose any specific location, only a framework for the institute.

I think the Fed will keep in 'measured pace.' There is no need for a major shift in the statement because economic conditions are similar to what they've been during the past couple of meetings.
