I love all sports! I'm always impressed by athletes. I also love watching the Olympic Games. In high school, I played co-ed soccer and basketball. I really enjoyed both of those sports, but I have to admit basketball wasn't my calling.

And, in nineteen seventy two Olympic Games I wasn't really going to be a star, and overnight I became a star.

And from that nineteen sixty four, this was my goal to go to Olympic Games. And I realized what does it mean, Olympic Games, like big celebration.

Why is luge a sport? You dress up like a giant sperm and go sledding really fast. That’s hardly athletic. Phallic and sexy, yes. But hardly athletic.

The pressure of the Olympic Games is real overwhelming.

There are many athletes out there who would covet an X Games gold over an Olympic gold. I've heard it come from athletes mouths - and I'm sure their agents are standing next to them smirking - but when you win an X Games medal, you are instantly afforded a reputation that perhaps you aren't afforded in the Olympics.
