I look at it as a source of pride. It's a lot of hard work that goes into these ears.

It was a domino effect. I'd say the program that we had established here through hard work, pride, trust, loyalty -- those things just went south. We had some guys on the team that were cancers and some others followed them. We had guys who didn't want to be here.

We're looking to replicate the success we had last year. It'll take hard work and good execution. I have high expectations for this team, which is easy because the players do as well.
