I like being used. It's a blessing to be able to do it every day. I'm glad to have that privilege. I'm not going to complain.

They ran during the hottest part of the day. The course really doesn't have any shade; it is all out in the open. I think it got to some of them.

Say to yourself, I will call the office at six every other day, and that is when you do it, so it is not going to dominate your whole holiday and you can get time to relax.

Set aside set times when you do office work or phone calls, rather than letting the whole day go on where you are thinking -- I must ring the office,

It was the perfect day for running, mid-60s and overcast. This is a very nice course and both boys and girls' teams like running there.

Cancer is cancer. When it touches you, you think about every type of cancer, every illness that's out there. This is one very small way I can give back to another cancer survivor.
