I know why people like to sing while it is raining outside. It is because, either nobody can hear them hence they are free or its because they are excited to find them-self safe home while they picture and feel the people running for shelter outside. The 1st case is the signature of freedom and the 2nd case is the signature of security. Everybody needs to have a freedom and a security.
