I know there are people who get fearful in the Christian community, but I look at it the other way — it's a great opportunity for conversation.

We recognize the financial hardship that some people in our community face. Through products like our Secure Plan with Summer Savings, our education efforts around home energy efficiency and our CARE program, we believe that former LITE-UP customers in the Houston-area will have options to help them manage their bills through the hot summer months.

If it's gone, the community either loses or makes up the difference.

I've seen their ranging [North Lake Tahoe Tourism and Community Investment] plan - it could be improved upon, but everything could be improved upon. From what I can see, they're doing a good job.

This will be a nice transition. It's good to have someone in the community coaching.
