I kept thinking, 'It doesn't matter. Just go out and have fun.' There was no fear. That's why you saw me smiling the whole time.

That was part of the whole original concept. We were thinking, it's off-season, let's do a really fun, local-oriented event, raise money for good causes and bring some music to the valley.

It was a lot of fun [pitching a complete game]. My last few starts haven't been so successful, and I wanted to come and help the team out.
